About Your Future Role

Behind every beautiful and affordable dream Betenbough home, there’s YOU! You’ll take the baton (plat) from the land planning team, run the CAD race, and pass the baton (data) to the permitting team.

This role is at Betenbough Homes’ HQ where you’ll work in the office as part of our homesite support team. Your team coordinates and maintains the data and CAD files related to our community phases and lots. Your day-to-day will consist of extracting information from engineering drawings to preparing phase-related CAD files. You’ll also document phase information, create GIS maps and coordinate soil testing.

You’re known as a critical thinker who values excellence and quality! You love a clearly defined task and an established work pattern. In this role, you’ll get to work with a tight-knit team and play an important role in building our homes, from dirt to keys!

Do I Qualify For This Role?

We’re glad you asked! Because you’ll be working on CAD documents, we’d like for you to be familiar with AutoCAD or similar software. You probably know your way around a computer, too. We’ll count it as a bonus if you are skilled in GIS products such as ESRI or QGIS!

How We Invest in You

We value the talents, time, and passion you are investing in Betenbough Homes. This is why we want to provide you with the space and resources for YOU to thrive. Beyond providing a comprehensive employee health insurance package, paid life, AD&D, and LTD insurance, a generous ESOP (your future retirement plan), PTO, cell phone, and more, we also offer services to care for your emotional, spiritual, and physical health.

  • Company-Sponsored Vision Trips: see the world and serve our ministry partners on the ground in countries like Kenya, England, Israel, Mongolia, Costa Rica and many more.
  • Training Opportunities: we love to invest time and dollars to make sure you are equipped. We’ll send you around the nation or bring in experts to train you on everything from architecture to parenting.
  • Counseling Services: get the help you and your family need… on us.
  • Wellness Plan: opt-in for a blood panel and have an on-staff health guide help you take steps toward holistic health!

What’s the Average Week Like?

You’ll typically work 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, to ensure the people closest to you get to experience the best of you. You’ll travel to our other regions (Amarillo and the Permian Basin) every once in a while. Occasionally we’ll also have lunch meetings and corporate gatherings that require some of your lunch or weekend hours, but those things are not the norm. A healthy work/life balance is not just one of those things we say we value… it’s expected.
