Essential Job Functions

Build and lead team of digital designers and analysts and bring accountability to their daily activities. Lead, guide and manage 6+ branded websites and online marketing including UX, SEM, PPC, etc. for all Betenbough Companies brands to ensure online experience remains consistent with business and branding strategies. Work closely and collaboratively with leaders across brands (currently 6 brands and growing) and teams to ensure brand consistency and to meet deadlines. Responsible for shaping a positive online customer experience that allows customers to quickly access relevant information and generates new leads through digital marketing efforts. Track and analyze all digital campaigns and report, make revisions and/or recommendations to our customers. Analyze customer research, trends and competitor information for each brand and make recommendations and/or revisions to digital experience for online users.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Primarily works in a temperature-controlled environment, but outdoor job site visits required
  • Must have a current and valid driver’s license, and must be able to be insured by company fleet insurance
  • Vision for near, mid-range, and far, in addition to hearing for low, medium, and high pitch
  • Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist, frequent walking on uneven surfaces (dirt, concrete, rock, etc.)
  • Ability to lift 30-50 pounds
  • Must be able to perform all job expectations safely with or without reasonable accommodations

Hours & Schedule

  • 45-55 hours/week, primarily Monday through Friday during typical business hours
  • Occasional travel required to our regional offices (these trips almost never require an overnight stay, and can be made in a company vehicle)
  • After hours and weekends may be necessary on occasion for trips or special events
