Job Summary

Fervently work with the Escrow Officer to create a lasting impact for homebuyers, so that this is the best home buying experience as possible

Essential Job Functions

  • Receive final closing packet and send to Lender for funding
  • Request third party documents such as invoices and missed signatures
  • Mail disbursement checks and final policies
  • Review title commitments, sales agreements and other applicable closing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure all notaries are correctly filled out and documented
  • Review and assist with the clearing of Schedule C items
  • Review and obtain all buyer documentation for closing
  • Assist Escrow Officer with the closing transaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Need to be orderly and systematic
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and in electronic format
  • Need to be detailed and task oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work on various projects at the same time and meet deadlines

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Works in temperature-controlled environment
  • Vision for near, mid-range and far as well as hearing for low, medium, and high pitch
  • Superior communication skills with co-workers, customers, trade partners and vendors
  • Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist
  • Must have a current and valid driver’s license and must be able to be insured by company fleet insurance
  • Must be able to perform all job expectations safely with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Ability to lift 30-50 pounds

Hours & Schedule

  • 40-45 hours per week (8am-5pm, M-F)
  • Occasional travel to other company regions or event locations is required
