Bryce went above and beyond when a customer raised concerns about a home’s setback measurement. After initially correcting what appeared to be an error, Bryce took the initiative to double-check the filed plat and found a small note confirming the customer’s original claim. Rather than stopping there, he sought to understand why it mattered to the buyer, ensuring their concerns were resolved with care. His diligence not only restored confidence with the customer but also helped our team clarify details with city planning. Bryce’s commitment to excellence and problem-solving made a lasting impact.

At the beginning of the year, Ivey took it upon herself to regularly clean the construction office floors—often covered in mud, salt, and debris from the field. Though the space isn’t customer-facing, Ivey’s care and initiative ensured a clean, welcoming environment for her teammates.

Jobe went above and beyond by finalizing ITIC audit reports while keeping up with his daily responsibilities. He also led a successful LCAD property tax protest, securing lower valuations for over 60 homeowners. On top of that, he delivered a well-researched case on Demotech ratings to TTCU and Freedom Mortgage with excellence and clarity.

Michael saw an opportunity to save the region money and stepped up in a big way. Instead of purchasing expensive shelving for our detail vans, he offered to build custom storage boxes himself, using his woodworking skills to create six units for a fraction of the cost. His ownership mentality and willingness to meet a need saved the region thousands and made our vans more efficient.

Booker stepped up in a teammate’s absence and took ownership of their WIG goal, ensuring it stayed on track. His actions reflected extreme ownership, generous stewardship, and a unified team spirit, showing what it means to work toward a shared purpose.

Jordan used her Excel expertise to create a custom tracking tool for gym reimbursements, making it easier for the Health & Wellness team to support employees in their personal health journeys. She also improved a long-standing payroll deduction issue in record time, offering more help than was even requested. Her quick, thoughtful contributions are helping reduce errors, enhance benefits accuracy, and champion wellness across the company.

To help address delays with plumbing crews early this year, Kody took ownership and paused deliveries for garage-stored plumbing items until installers were ready. His proactive approach has helped prevent theft and damage, lowered VPOs, protected profit margins, and minimized added costs for our home buyers.
