Role Overview
The Homesite Support team is responsible for coordinating and maintaining the data and CAD files related to our community phases and homesites. As a Homesite Coordinator, you’ll process platting and engineering data, prepare CAD files, ensure field conditions are accurately represented, and finalize system data for sales release.
Core Functions
- Sales Release Preparation: Coordinate with adjacent teams to ensure each phase is ready for release. Deliver complete and accurate sales plans to support regional sales teams and ensure each release is timely and accurate.
- Phase CAD & Field Accuracy: Create and maintain CAD files for each development phase. Use drone imagery and field data to validate that plans match as-built conditions.
- Data Validation: Import and validate homesite and community data for sales release, pricing, and reporting. Coordinate geotechnical testing and verify results to ensure the correct foundation design is assigned to each homesite.
- Lot Fit Verification: Confirm that home plans fit on assigned lots based on setbacks, dimensions, and site conditions. Ensure sales availability reflects buildable configurations to reduce cost and rework.
- Concept Design: Create preliminary concept designs in CAD that balance creativity, functionality, and efficiency to support the land acquisition process.
- Strategic Support & Collaboration: Provide technical support to adjacent departments, including land development, planning, permitting, sales, and construction. Resolve requests, improve workflows, and maintain clear communication across teams.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products.
- Proficient computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with drafting software (Rhino+Grasshopper, AutoCAD, or similar software).
- Experience with GIS products such as ESRI or QGIS.
- Experience with engineering plans
- Programming experience (Python, SQL, or similar language)
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Office environment.
- Vision for near, mid-range and far as well as hearing for low, medium, and high pitch.
- Superior communication skills with co-workers, customers, trade partners and vendors.
- Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist.
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license and must be able to be insured by company fleet insurance.

Hours and Schedule
- Average 40 hours per week (8am-5pm, M-F).
- Minimal travel required for company events and inter-region collaboration.
