You’re not just filing paperwork. You’re learning the backbone of every real estate transaction. If you’re a detail-oriented student who wants to see how real estate actually works—from title work to closing day—this internship is where that journey begins.

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO

You’ll support the title and escrow teams in delivering a smooth, professional closing experience—helping deals move, stay organized, and stay on track:

• Assist with basic title functions including file setup, document organization, and data entry within title software systems
• Answer and route incoming office calls, and assist customers, agents, and lenders with general inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Support escrow officers and closing coordinators with daily tasks, including gathering documents and keeping files organized and up to date
• Help monitor file progress and communicate updates internally to ensure timely and accurate closings
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when handling documents and entering information
• Learn and follow company processes, systems, and compliance standards related to the title and closing process
• Provide general administrative support as needed, including scanning, printing, and document delivery

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

We’re not looking for a specific major, we’re looking for the right person. That said, students pursuing degrees in the following areas tend to be a strong fit:

• Finance or Accounting
• Business Admin or Management
• Real Estate or related field

• Monday – Friday
• 29 hours per week
• Office-based environment
