What’s the Average Week Like?

You’ll typically work 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, to ensure the people closest to you get to experience the best of you. You’ll likely do some traveling between our West Texas regions – but no fear, you’ll be back before dinner! Occasionally we’ll also have lunch meetings and corporate gatherings that require some of your lunch or weekend hours, but those things are not the norm.
