Role Overview

This role provides resources and opportunities for employees, leaders, and their families to connect with God, each other, and their community. The ideal candidate is a spiritually mature, outgoing relationship-builder who creates meaningful connections, fosters personal and spiritual growth, and supports the holistic wellbeing of every team member.

Core Functions

  • Connect with all front-line team members, proactively observing and creating healthy opportunities for personal and spiritual growth. Create safe interactions for team members to share personally and grow spiritually.
  • Regularly collaborate with leaders to deepen relationship, develop trust, and foster healthy vulnerability. Provide perspective, insight, feedback, and support for them as they spiritually lead their team members. Proactively share areas of concern and celebration with them.
  • Pursue spiritual growth and intercede on behalf of team members through consistent prayer time.
    Facilitate regular celebrations and special life events for team members and families: regional events, baby showers, graduations, funerals, etc.
  • Plan and execute regular rhythms for Jumpstarts for all team members. Serve as the primary “owner” of them, but closely collaborate with the leaders of each team to offer diverse opportunities for teams to grow deeper with the Lord and each other. These should feel optional, but highly appealing.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Vision for near, mid-range and far as well as hearing for low, medium, and high pitch.
  • Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist.
  • Must have a current and valid driver’s license and must be able to be insured by company fleet insurance.
  • To be considered for this position, you must be at least 18 years old in accordance with company policies and applicable labor laws
  • Ability to lift 5 – 20 pounds.

Hours & Schedule

  • Average 40 hours per week (8am-5pm, M-F).
  • Minimal travel required for company events and inter-region collaboration.
