Health & Wellness Manager
Role Overview

Your team will passionately develop, implement and coordinate the administration of health and wellness benefits for employees and their families. Help your team members grow personally and professionally, and contribute to the company’s comprehensive health benefits and Kingdom-focused wellness initiatives.
Core Functions
- Consistently demonstrate leader values of humility, courage, confidence, and improver; while actively growing in the leader-of-leader values.
- Spiritually lead, grow and develop Health & Wellness team members.
- Strategically lead the design, implementation and administration of benefits and wellness programs, including open enrollment.
- Serve as primary liaison for our Company and all members of our external Health & Wellness ecosystem.
- Serve as primary liaison for our Company and all facets of our growing partnership with Veritas Wellness and potential future partnership with Veritas Medical.
- Continue leading our Company’s Wellness Guide efforts and provide ongoing training for future Wellness Guides.
- Provide oversight for all processes leading up to and following open enrollment each year.
- Provide vision and implementation for effectively communicating educational, proactive and updated information to team members and spouses.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior insurance and/or wellness experience is highly encouraged.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Office environment: works in temperature-controlled environment.
- Vision for near, mid-range and far as well as hearing for low, medium and high pitch.
- Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist.
- Ability to lift 5 – 20 pounds.
Hours and Schedule
- Average 40 hours per week (8am-5pm, M-F).
- Occasional travel required for company events and inter-region collaboration.
