Role Overview

The Marketing Project Coordinator will operate on the Marketing Strategy Team and plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of marketing projects for various businesses under the Betenbough Companies umbrella. They act as a liaison between key stakeholders and the various teams involved in marketing initiatives, facilitating communication, organizing tasks, and monitoring project timelines. Their primary goal is to streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and ensure that marketing projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Core Functions

  • Manage the scheduling of meetings with business leaders and stakeholders, as well as the creation of agendas for those meetings.
  • Ensuring all necessary parties are scheduled to attend marketing meetings based on the major projects that are going on for that business.
  • Take clear notes during meetings that can be sent to all in attendance as well as inputted into Wrike (Marketing’s project management software).
  • Daily manage, name, assign, and make deadlines for projects and tasks that originate from business leader meetings in Wrike (Marketing’s project management software).
  • Support and collaborate with various departments to drive projects forward and ensure deadlines are hit.
  • Keep all stakeholders updated on project milestones, deliverables, and KPI’s.
  • Enhance Wrike processes to ensure we are always improving and reducing inefficiencies in how we track and manage projects.
  • Draw insights from data dashboards that can influence the direction of marketing projects and campaigns. Will be involved in making minor content updates within WordPress and Sitefinity CMS’.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years marketing and/or account management
  • A business degree or similar business experience
  • Experience using project management software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Hubspot or related marketing platforms
  • Experience with WordPress and/or Sitefinity CMS

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

  • Office environment.
  • Vision for near, mid-range and far as well as hearing for low, medium and high pitch.

Hours and Schedule

  • Average 40 hours per week (8am-5pm, M-F).
  • Travel is occasionally required
