Role Overview

The role involves strategizing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to effectively reach target audiences and achieve significant ROI. The candidate will manage multimillion-dollar budgets, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and consistently optimize marketing channels and measure campaign success.

Core Functions

  • Have a collaborative voice in brainstorming marketing solutions that reach every business’ target audience.
  • Take creative deliverables (e.g. videos, graphics, copy) and activate paid advertising campaigns across multiple media channels that reach our target audience.
  • Steward millions of dollars per year of digital advertising spend to generate an ROI. This includes confidently setting up and managing Google Search Ads, Display Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, as well as other paid media platforms.
  • Perform daily audits to gauge the success of our Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Zillow Ads strategy.
  • Make constant improvements to our digital and traditional marketing channels, simultaneously working with internal marketing teams and external partners to do so.
  • Incessantly measure success on all marketing campaigns.
  • Report weekly to Marketing Strategy Manager, as well as key stakeholders when necessary, on the success of every marketing campaign in the pipeline.
  • Manage strategy for SEO and communication with SEO partner.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of Google Ads experience at least and can confidently set up and manage Google Search, Display, and YouTube Ads.
  • Google Ads Certification.
  • CRM Certification (e.g. Salesforce or Hubspot).
  • Experience working with external marketing partners to collaborate towards a successful marketing campaign.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Marketing.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

  • Office environment.
  • Ability to lift 5 – 20 pounds.

Hours and Schedule

  • Average 40 hours per week (8am-5pm, M-F).
  • Minimal travel required for company events and inter-region collaboration.
