And even though you have a knack for maintaining a high-level of accuracy and confidentiality, you are also naturally supportive and servant hearted. When new team members join the team or employee statuses change around the company, you aren’t just processing their information; you are looking for ways to go above and beyond to serve your team and other departments with excellence and care.

New hires, status changes, assisting and executing on bi-weekly/profit-sharing payrolls, and providing employee data/payroll reports to leadership are what you will be doing. Your heart for people and care for their well-being are why you will be doing it.

Because you’re already a wizard with Microsoft Excel and love the feeling you get when you write that perfect spreadsheet formula, you’re well on your way to becoming Betenbough Companies’ next Payroll Coordinator. We need all the rapid data entry skills you bring this high-capacity support team. So come ready to show us that you can process payroll accurately, on time, and with a strong attention to detail, and this team may very well be the best fit for you!

What’s the Average Week Like?

You’ll typically work 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, to ensure the people closest to you get to experience the best of you. Occasionally we’ll also have lunch meetings and corporate gatherings that require some of your lunch or weekend hours, but those things are not the norm. A healthy work/life balance is not just one of those things we say we value… it’s expected.
