
Product Supply Coordinator
Role Overview
As a Product Supply Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that the correct products are delivered to the job site on time for Betenbough Homes. This includes working with suppliers and manufacturers to monitor inventory levels and confirm that products are being ordered and stocked on time according to specifications and requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating solutions to product shortages including identifying backup products and suppliers.
Core Functions
- On site inventory checks with all suppliers
- Work with suppliers to increase inventory to required levels
- Maintain good working partnerships with suppliers
- Physically count inventory on-site for verification
- Investigate and research back up products
- Coordinate addresses and delivery of backup products to reduce delays in field.
- Coordinate with Product Coordinator for product requirements and specs.
- Present weekly reporting to Product Supply Manager on inventory levels.
- Identify potential problems or shortages
- Identify backup products logistics to fill the deficiency
- Create and maintain required inventory reports
- Assess options statistics in order to accurately predict future product usage.
- Evaluate future stars report weekly
- Develop 4-week inventory requirements per supplier
- Identify current lead times and order cadences for our current suppliers.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Vision for near, mid-range and far as well as hearing for low, medium, and high pitch.
- Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist.
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license and must be able to be insured by company fleet insurance.
- To be considered for this position, you must be at least 18 years old in accordance with company policies and applicable labor laws
- Ability to lift 20 – 75 pounds.
Hours & Schedule
- 40 hours per week (8am-5pm, M-F).
- Lunch meetings are occasionally required.
- Travel is regularly required
