As a Title Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with home builders and title teams, organizing and delivering essential documents, and providing exceptional communication to facilitate home closings.

- Proactively process and upload title documents, ensuring timely preparation for closings.
- Act as a friendly and efficient intermediary, connecting home builders, lenders, and appraisers via email and phone. Serve as the primary customer service representative and traffic controller.
- Handle the electronic recording of files after in-person closings.
- Oversee daily operational functions, including processing mail and deliveries and managing office supplies.
- Assist with or execute in-person closing experiences as needed, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all clients.

Written and verbal communication are key in this role, and your ability to do both enthusiastically and effectively will ensure home buyers and other team members remain well-informed throughout the home-buying journey. Your empathetic nature allows you to collaborate well and effectively meet the needs of other team members and home buyers.
What’s the Average Week Like?
You’ll typically work 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, to ensure the people closest to you get to experience the best of you. From time to time, you’ll do some traveling between our West Texas regions – but no fear, you’ll be back before dinner! Occasionally we’ll also have lunch meetings and corporate gatherings that require some of your lunch or weekend hours, but those things are not the norm.
