Business Analytics Manager

Role Overview

Lead all business analytics functions including strategic analysis of all business data across the Betenbough Companies, PBC family, developing approaches and methodologies to provide insight into past business performance and recommending operational improvements that might impact future business performance.

Core Functions

  • Offer leadership, coaching, and training to manage a healthy high-performing team.
  • Utilize datasets available both internally and externally in an attempt to forecast future conditions, drivers, and influences for all aspects of the companies.
  • Ensure SLA compliance for incoming requests.
  • Determine additional streams of data to collect that could provide value to the organization.
  • Responsible for the evaluation and selection of technology that will allow us measure past performance and optimize future results.
  • Assist and advise the Software Team as they continue work to improve and optimize their systems.
  • Participates in planning and implementing appropriate key performance indicators to meet the evolving needs of the businesses.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Four-year degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar area of study.
  • Experience with improving business processes and solving complex business problems

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Office environment
  • Vision for near, mid-range and far as well as hearing for low, medium, and high pitch.
  • Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist.
  • Ability to lift 5 – 20 pounds.

Hours & Schedule

  • 40 – 45 hours per week (8am-5pm, M-F).
  • Minimal travel required for company events and inter-region collaboration.
