Buying a home is a major milestone, and the closing experience should feel just as meaningful.
As a Closing Coordinator with Impact Title, you’ll guide homebuyers through the final steps of their home-buying journey with warmth, empathy, urgency, and attention to detail. You’ll be a trusted point of connection for customers and team members, helping make sure each closing feels seamless, personal, and memorable.
This role is a great fit for someone who genuinely enjoys people, communicates naturally, takes ownership of details, and finds satisfaction in creating an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Guide each homebuyer through the closing process with empathy, urgency, and diligence.
- Build relationships and communicate warmly and enthusiastically with customers and team members throughout the entire process.
- Collaborate with home builders to create a personalized, memorable, and seamless closing-day experience for each homebuyer.
- Complete each closing with strong attention to detail and ownership of communication, documentation, and information for the homebuyer.
- Process and upload documents immediately following closing to help ensure timely funding of the home purchase.
- Help create an experience where customers feel informed, cared for, and celebrated as they step into homeownership.
Who We’re Looking For
You may thrive in this role if you are relational, dependable, organized, and comfortable balancing customer interaction with detailed administrative responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Where You’ll Work
This is an office-based role serving the Permian Basin, with regular travel between our Midland and Odessa locations.
Schedule
- Approximately 40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- No evenings or Sundays
- Regular travel between Midland and Odessa

Work Environment & Requirements
- Office environment
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license and be insurable under company fleet insurance
- Must be at least 18 years old in accordance with company policies and applicable labor laws
- Ability to lift approximately 5–20 pounds
- Requires the physical ability to stand, sit, crouch, kneel, walk frequently, and reach above the head and below the waist
- Requires near, mid-range, and distance vision, as well as the ability to hear low, medium, and high pitches
