As a Detail Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the final stage of the construction process, learning how high-quality homes are completed with precision and care. What the Role Looks Like Day-to-Day

This is a hands-on, active internship in the field.

• Work both indoors and outdoors across job sites
• Move throughout homes—walking, bending, lifting, and reaching
• Navigate active construction environments safely
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed
• Ride along or operate a company vehicle (as eligible)

Internship Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Hours: 45–50 hours per week
• Season: May through August
• Additional: Occasional team lunches and meetings
