About Your Future Role
When you show up on your first day as a Detail Technician, you’ll be joining a world-class family of craftsmen and craftswomen. We work hard together to put the finishing touches on each and every home to ensure it exceeds the expectations of our homeowners.
We are a small but mighty crew, always learning and adapting to change, holding each other accountable to high-end home building standards, and maintaining an “owner’s mentality” with every brush stroke, texture repair, and caulking finish. We work quickly, but always get the job done as if it were our own home.

However, it is helpful if you are a warm and competent communicator, can collaboratively solve problems, know how to prioritize tasks in order to effectively manage your time, and enjoy mechanical tinkering.

What’s the Average Week Like?
A healthy work/life balance is not just one of those things we say we value… it’s expected. You’ll typically work 7AM to 5PM Monday through Friday, but we want to make sure your family gets the best of you. Occasionally we’ll have lunch meetings and corporate gatherings that require some of your lunch or weekend hours, but these times are intended to pour into you.
