- Serve as a trusted Employee Support expert, providing leaders with clear guidance on employment practices, policies, compliance, employee relations, and complex people situations.
- Equip leaders to confidently own people decisions for their teams by providing sound counsel, practical resources, and thoughtful education.
- Build scalable processes that simplify and create consistency across the employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to status changes, separations, worker’s compensation, and other critical people moments.
- Identify organizational trends, emerging risks, and opportunities for improvement, using data and insights to help leaders make informed decisions and strengthen the employee experience.
- Partner across the organization to ensure people systems remain accurate, accessible, compliant, and aligned with Betenbough’s mission and Kingdom values.
- Navigate sensitive and complex employee situations with exceptional judgment, integrity, and discernment, partnering with internal stakeholders and outside legal counsel when appropriate.
- Protect the trust, dignity, and confidentiality of every team member while balancing genuine care for people with the needs of the organization.
