Role Overview
Fervently collaborate with buyer, seller, and lender to create closing packets that support a world-class buying experience that prioritizes timely closings, superior service, accurate reporting, and process innovation.
Core Functions
- Work directly with lenders to produce final closing packets to ensure closings occur as scheduled.
- Review title commitments, sales agreements, and other applicable closing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Work efficiently in Qualia, Simplifile, FedEx, Softpro, and other title software.
- Maintain working knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to the title industry to maintain escrow license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the title, mortgage, or banking industry
- Experience with Administrative/clerical work
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Office environment
- Vision for near, mid-range and far as well as hearing for low, medium, and high pitch.
- Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist.
- Ability to lift 5 – 20 pounds.
Hours and Schedule
- Average 40 hours per week (8am-5pm, M-F).
- Travel is occasionally required.
