    Overview

    The Recruiter partners with leaders to hire the right candidate for our open roles. They will shape job postings, assess applicants, and ensure culturally aligned interactions. They will manage open requisitions, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure operational excellence throughout the selection process. Every candidate and leader interaction should reflect excellence, clarity, and our Kingdom-minded approach to building people and teams.

    Core Functions

    • Partner with hiring leaders to clarify role outcomes and competencies; co-write compelling, on-brand job postings.
    • Conduct timely application reviews and pre-screens, using thoughtful, probing questions to assess skills, values, and culture alignment; synthesize feedback and present qualified candidates to leaders.
    • Coordinate and support interviews (scheduling, prep, debriefs) to ensure a seamless, hospitable candidate experience.
    • Champion culturally aligned communication and processes between candidates and leaders, modeling clarity, warmth, and follow-through.
    • Own day-to-day management of assigned requisitions; monitor pipeline health, surface bottlenecks, and recommend actions to keep searches moving.
    • Serve as the in-house talent systems super-user (ATS and related HR/CRM tools)—train teammates, troubleshoot issues, maintain workflows/automations, and uphold data quality and process consistency.

    Required Qualifications

    • Highly relational and detail-oriented professional with strong administrative execution (scheduling, documentation, and process tracking) and a consistent record of timely, error-free work.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 1+ year of recruiting experience

    Work Environment & Physical Requirements

    • Vision for near, mid-range and far as well as hearing for low, medium, and high pitch.
    • Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist.
    • Must have a current and valid driver’s license and must be able to be insured by company fleet insurance.
    • To be considered for this position, you must be at least 18 years old in accordance with company policies and applicable labor laws
    • Ability to lift 5 – 20 pounds.

    Hours & Schedule

    • Average 40 hours per week (8am-5pm, M-F).
    • Minimal travel required for company events and inter-region collaboration.
