Help Build Better Software. Create Better Experiences.
At Betenbough, we believe great software should make people’s work easier, more efficient, and more enjoyable.
As a Software Quality Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the tools our teams rely on every day are reliable, intuitive, and ready for the real world. You’ll partner closely with Software Engineers, support internal users, investigate issues, and test new features before they ever reach the field.
This isn’t a role for someone who simply follows a checklist.
It’s for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys solving puzzles, asks great questions, and notices details others miss.
If you’ve ever clicked a button just to see what happens—and then clicked it 100 more times to make sure—you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
See the Role in Action
Why This Role Is Different
Most people never get to influence the software they use.
In this role, you’ll help shape it.
You’ll work directly with the people using our Homes and Mobile B applications, helping solve problems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring new features work the way they should before they reach users across the company.
You’ll collaborate with Software Engineers throughout the development process, helping deliver software that is reliable, intuitive, and aligned with real-world business needs.
The work you do won’t just find bugs.
It will help teams work better, move faster, and serve others more effectively.
The Bigger Picture
Behind every great customer experience is a team equipped with the right tools.
The software our team builds supports homebuilding operations, customer service, communication, and decision-making across multiple companies and departments.
As a Software Quality Analyst, you’ll help ensure those tools are dependable and effective for the people who use them every day.
Your attention to detail, curiosity, and commitment to quality will directly impact the experience of employees throughout the organization and help strengthen the systems that support our mission.
