I have been a part of many teams during my career, some good and some not-so-good. What I value most about Betenbough is the culture that has been built and continues to be nurtured each day by every team member. It is truly something special and unique and something I have never experienced before. I no longer feel like I am just a number in a sea of numbers. I am now part of a team that cares about me, not just for what I can do for the company, but Betenbough cares about my professional growth, spiritual growth, and growth as an individual. This is not a job to me, but this is my calling and the way I get to serve people and, in turn, serve the Lord. I get to come to work every day and do what I love with a team of people who do not just talk about Betenbough’s values, but live and breathe those values. I am blown away every day by the Betenbough team!
