Role Overview
Serve as the primary client connection for The Willows, guiding guests from inquiry to event day while building relationships, driving event sales, and delivering an exceptional experience through outstanding hospitality and seamless communication.
Core Functions
- Generate and convert leads by providing exceptional client service, conducting venue tours, responding to inquiries, and achieving booking goals.
- Prepare contracts, process payments, maintain accurate CRM records, and communicate event details to the operations team.
- Guide clients through the planning process by conducting planning meetings, managing event details, coordinating with vendors, and serving as the primary venue contact for the client.
- Support a seamless event experience by welcoming clients and vendors, providing clear communication, overseeing key event milestones, and facilitating a smooth transition to the banquet operations team.
- Promote The Willows through social media management, community engagement, networking events, and relationship-building with industry partners.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Work in indoor and outdoor environments.
- Vision for near, mid-range and far, as well as hearing for low, medium and high pitch.
- Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist.
- Frequent walking on uneven surfaces (dirt, concrete, rock, etc.).
- Ability to navigate hazardous conditions such as frequent moving vehicles, construction equipment, overhead construction, and various construction materials.
- Must be able to perform all job expectations safely with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Ability to lift 5-20 pounds without assistance.
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license and must be able to be insured by company fleet insurance.
- Ability to operate a company vehicle safely.
Hours & Schedule
- Average 40 hours per week (9am – 6pm, Tuesday – Saturday)
