Sydney is from Kentucky and moved here to attend grad school at Texas Tech. Before coming to Lubbock, she lived in dorms, apartments, and rent houses. She’d had enough of grumpy neighbors, controlling landlords, and unpredictable roommates. She was ready for a change. Sydney’s parents co-signed with her to purchase a Betenbough Home. She loves the peace and quiet of her new home community, and she has a comprehensive two-year warranty, which gives her peace of mind. Her favorite part of owning a home is that she has a designated office space, getting her desk out of the bedroom. She can host her friends, paint the walls, grill in the backyard, have a pet, and make the home truly hers.
