Culture MVPs are chosen quarterly from all the team members who have received Culture Champ awards. These people have gone above and beyond to demonstrate unity, growth, excellence, and generous stewardship in their work and daily lives. Jan 2024 – Israel Carrejo, former AP associate, Betenbough Companies

Izzy is hard-working, dependable, and meticulous, but he’s also warm, funny, and kind. He is a team player who loves to help and train others. He is a unifying force on his team, helping them grow. He encourages others and sets a good example, giving generously of his time and talents.

May 2024 – Amy Baker, purchasing systems coordinator, Betenbough Homes

Amy consistently demonstrates unity with her team and leaders. She displays exceptional problem-solving skills, offers alternative solutions and compromises, and can recognize when an idea needs to be committed to, even if it has flaws.

July 2024 – Ruben Morales, builder, Betenbough Homes Odessa

Ruben consistently seeks to improve our field operations, all with a positive and proactive attitude. His faith and willingness to act on his convictions have had a profound impact on our team and beyond. Ruben holds his teammates accountable, encourages transparency, and continually seeks ways to enhance efficiency and culture.

July 2024 – Alex Bennett, construction training coach, Betenbough Homes

Alex uses his knowledge and confidence to teach, coach, and encourage others. He truly wants others to succeed and is willing to pour into them, guiding them to success. His big heart and intentional approach communicate genuine care to those around him. Alex uses his ability to connect with others to help them find their purpose.

Oct 2024 – Susannah McMullan, new home coordinator, Betenbough Homes Midland

Susannah has been learning Spanish for the past year to better serve home buyers by communicating in their first language. She’s adapted to change and has grown tremendously, both professionally and personally. Her joy, peace, and love bring something special to the Midland New Home Center.
