Kingdom at Work 2025

Carrying forward the legacy of Betenbough Homes’ late founders, Rick and Ron Betenbough, Kingdom at Work continues to inspire and equip Christian leaders to see their workplaces as platforms for ministry. In 2025, this ministry arm of Betenbough Companies reached new corners of the world, encouraging business leaders, teams, and organizations to invite God into their daily work and lead with Kingdom purpose. Kingdom at Work shares stories of transformation and ignites a vision of faith and business coming together for eternal impact.

Kingdom Leadership Workshops

Through two workshops, the Kingdom At Work team welcomed 153 leaders from various industries and regions. Each gathering created space for God to move — through keynote sessions, table conversations, and moments of Spirit-led breakthrough. Many leaders left with fresh clarity, deeper conviction, and renewed hope for the work God has entrusted to them.

Work With Purpose Conferences

Our message expanded into new businesses and organizations through two Work With Purpose Conferences, where 750 attendees were encouraged to discover the deeper meaning behind their work.

Action Groups

This year, six Action Groups met in five cities across four countries, creating ongoing circles of community, accountability, and encouragement for leaders who are implementing Kingdom principles within their organizations.

We also hosted two facilitator trainings with participants representing eight different locations, equipping them to shepherd these groups with humility, courage, and spiritual discernment.

Kingdom Business Basics

Our Kingdom Business Basics curriculum continued to serve as a foundational resource for leaders. In 2025, it was used by about 20 businesses and organizations across five countries, helping teams align with Kingdom principles.

Blog Posts

Through the year, our team published 13 blog posts, each one highlighting real stories of redemption, generosity, leadership, and transformation in the marketplace. These digital stories allow leaders around the world to glimpse the practical, everyday ways God is moving through businesses. External Speaking & Training Events

Our senior leaders were invited to speak at six external events, offering biblical leadership training and personal testimony to audiences hungry for a new way to lead — one rooted in servant leadership and the heart of the Father.

A Growing Movement

In total, more than 200 businesses were impacted this year through Kingdom at Work events. Each business is reaching untold numbers of leaders, customers, trade partners, employees, and family members as the Kingdom of God advances in the marketplace.

We celebrate what the Lord has done in 2025 and look with anticipation to the harvest still to come as this movement continues to expand — leader by leader, business by business, nation by nation.
