Role Overview
This role will be leading both the experience and sales specialist, working towards a balance of team accountability and genuine hospitality for our guests. events.
Core Functions
- Sales
- Create, monitor, track and bring accountability to sales specialist goals while coaching team on how to improve selling techniques
- Experience:
- Oversee team throughout the planning and coordination of events
- Seek feedback from guests on event experience while creating and simplifying sales and event team processes to create procedures that help maintain a high level of efficiency
- Financials:
- Oversight of the event and sales teams through focusing on labor costs, decreasing expenses, building revenue and maintaining acceptable profit margins.
- Administrative:
- Creating CMA’s and assist implementing changes to event packages, menu selections, and package inclusions to increase event sales and profit margin Hiring, training, and scheduling Event and Sales Team; Monthly sales report.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Vision for near, mid-range and far as well as hearing for low, medium, and high pitch.
- Superior communication skills with co-workers, guests and vendors.
- Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head & below waist.
- To be considered for this position, you must be at least 18 years old in accordance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Ability to lift 5 – 20 pounds
Hours & Schedule
- Average 45 hours per week (7:30am-5:30pm, M-F)
- Days and weekends required
