    Role Overview

    Warmly and proactively engage with new and existing customers to sell the event space and catering options to meet and exceed the sales goals for the Willows.

    Core Functions

    • Follow and embrace a fundamental sales process that encourages repeat buyers and customer referrals
    • Answer all phone calls and conduct all tours of the space with warmth
    • Complete all lead follow-ups to ensure a high lead-to-booking ratio in a timely manner
    • Professionally answer emails and phone calls and respond to all communication in a timely manner
    • Constantly seeks ways to improve the buying experience for our guests
    • Serve as company ambassador by regularly attending and engaging in local civic meetings and networking opportunities
    • Use sales techniques to upsell add-ons to meet monthly sales goals
    • Find creative ways to generate additional streams of revenue in slow months
    • Step in and help with communications and event needs as needed
    • Responsible for all aspects of The Willow’s social media accounts, from planning posts and posting, to replying to DM’s

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Previous sales experience

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Proficient with Technology
    • Event sales experience
    • Content creation and social media management

    Work Environment & Physical Requirements

    • Vision for near, mid-range and far as well as hearing for low, medium, and high pitch.
    • Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist.
    • Ability to lift 5 – 20 pounds.
    • Must have a current and valid driver’s license and must be able to be insured by company fleet insurance.
    • To be considered for this position, you must be at least 18 years old in accordance with company policies and applicable labor laws

    Hours & Schedule

    • 40 hours per week
    • Days and weekends required
    • Travel is occasionally required
