Mark and Ayreen Dy, originally from the Philippines, moved to the U.S. from Oman. They rented for a year but were stressed by that situation and frustrated with the lack of privacy they were experiencing. The thought of committing to homeownership in a new country was frightening, but when they realized their rent was comparable to what their mortgage payment on a Betenbough home would be, they found the courage and faith to move forward.
The Dy family knew others who had built homes with Betenbough, and they were excited to live near their friends. Finding community in the U.S. was an important part of their American dream! After meeting the Betenbough team for themselves, the Dy family trusted Betenbough Homes to help build their new home. They describe the process of building their home as “seamless.”
Now the Dy family has found a sense of belonging in their Betenbough Homes community. Mark and Ayreen share that they are “building memories in our home and hearts.”
